At Honey Dew Photo Props we hand make every single prop. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know! As long as you are providing us with a valid reason we will gladly accept exchange or provide you a store credit in its unused original condition within 1 week of your order being received for an exchange or store credit. Please note we do not accept returns for custom or change of mind returns.
Please note shipping charges cannot be refunded, and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your order was placed under a free shipping promotion the original shipping cost for that item will be deducted from your refund. Please email hello@honeydewprops.com.au for first point of contact of all returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 10%-20% restocking fee may apply.
Orders paid with Afterpay
cannot be refunded in full. As afterpay charges us fees and does not refund these fees even if we do a full refund to our client.
So please keep in mind, if you are paying with afterpay, you will be refunded EXCLUDING afterpay fees.
DAMAGED GOODS
If the Goods are damaged during transit, photographic evidence of packaging and damage must be provided within 24 hours of the Goods being delivered. This is required by the courier company. Please retain all packaging for the time being until it sorted out. Please let us know if you wish to obtain a replacement or a store credit.
Unsatisfied Orders Change of Mind Returns or Custom Orders
Please note for custom orders or pre-orders cannot be cancelled after agreed.
If item is not what you think or expected or simply change your mind we usually don't accept returns please do talk to us and let us know see if there is anything we can do to help.
Exchange or store credit may be arranged at the discretion of Honey Dew Props.
Large Flokatis
Large flokatis over 80cms width or length is considered as a custom make. We cut to the size for you. Thus large flokatis are not accepted for returns.
